Job Title: eDiscovery Archive and Data Loading Specialist

Graced Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Archive and Data Loading Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our eDiscovery team, you will be responsible for processing and loading documents and data in adherence to technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines associated with data requests and work independently on job requests from a queue or by assignment.
  • Provide detailed job status updates and escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager/Project Managers.
  • Perform thorough quality checks on data and work product to ensure 100% compliance with specifications.
  • Process and load documents and data in adherence to technical specifications.
  • Solve problems and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Intake, triage, and validate data to be processed from evidence.
  • Data migration from one tool to another.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a government client's tasks are completed quickly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree; Computer Science or IT majors preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on data handling.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • Experience using COTS e-Discovery software to process and load, review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.
  • Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
