Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to guarantee quality patient care and services.
  • Outcome Monitoring: Monitor and track patient outcomes using advanced techniques to ensure high-quality services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables to maintain excellence.
  • Staff Support: Assist in interpreting policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups.
  • Operational Planning: Create care plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and budgets to effectively manage activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Experience: 4 years of clinical nursing and 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • Certifications: RN License in state of employment or compact. Wound Care certification required within a year of employment

Work Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday

Work Type: Full Time
