Job Overview

Dexis Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Security Cooperation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing institutional capacity building engagements with emerging partner nations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international legal studies, security governance, defense management, operational planning, resource management, defense logistics, cybersecurity, human capital oversight, or professional military education. You will be expected to produce high-quality reports in English and have experience working with high-level officials, the Department of Defense, and security cooperation initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about solving complex problems and has a strong analytical mindset. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to make a meaningful contribution to our team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement institutional capacity building engagements with emerging partner nations
  • Develop and deliver training programs on security cooperation topics
  • Conduct research and analysis on security cooperation issues
  • Produce high-quality reports and briefs on security cooperation topics
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in security cooperation or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
