- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that our lending services meet their needs.
- Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience in commercial loan underwriting or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
