Compensation: $22-$26/hr., depending on experience

Working Hours:

  • 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday
  • This position requires 43-45 hours weekly, with flexible start and end times

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management and initiate orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Review and validate invoices for accuracy prior to payment processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all purchase orders, receipts, and associated documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify purchasing requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare and evaluate purchasing reports to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
  • Address warranty concerns with manufacturers.
  • Act as the primary liaison for our IT vendor, managing general IT support.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
  • Assist in the establishment and upkeep of procurement systems and databases.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements for incoming goods.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in purchase order management and vendor coordination.
  • Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
