  • Establish and manage a shipping and receiving schedule daily
  • Oversee the production process and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics daily
  • Communicate company safety information and initiatives to employees
  • Write and implement job performance, quality reviews, and safety/attendance warnings
  • Address employee concerns in a professional manner
  • Keep the Branch Manager informed of all issues, including maintenance, personnel, quality, safety, and other operational matters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse and production management or supervisory roles
  • Adequate computer skills for ticket printing, inventory tracking, shipping reporting, and employee time reporting
  • Adequate math skills for production and shipping calculations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in erosion and/or textiles preferred
  • College degree preferred
