Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounting team in overseeing accounting operations, process improvements, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement new processes, systems, and technologies to streamline operations and improve data integrity.
  • Manage corporate accounting projects, collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders to drive results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the accounting department.
  • Actively involved in month-end close activities, general ledger reconciliation, and review, ensuring alignment with established policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least five years' experience in a similar corporate accounting position, preferably in the hospitality, food service/food and beverage, or airport industry.
  • Technical proficiency in GAAP and IFRS; SAP experience preferred.
  • Preference to hold a Certified Public Accountant license or be an active candidate.
  • Proven project management skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
