Job Title: Firefighter/Paramedic

Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and rewarding position that requires a unique blend of firefighting and emergency medical skills. As a Firefighter/Paramedic, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing medical care, and conducting fire suppression activities. You will work closely with our team to ensure the safety of our community and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients
  • Conduct fire suppression activities and rescue operations
  • Operate and maintain firefighting equipment and apparatus
  • Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other emergency responders and community members to achieve our goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Emergency medical licensure by the State of Wisconsin required
  • Firefighting certification to the level deemed appropriate and necessary by the Fire Chief required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in hazardous environments required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment required
