Customer Service Representative

At Safelite, we're looking for a skilled Customer Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Advocate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome in-shop customers and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, and more.
- Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification and additional parts.
- Breeze through administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, and work orders.
- Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.

- Competitive weekly base pay starting at $18/hour.

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
- 1-3 years telephone operations or business administration experience required.
- Ability to provide world-class customer service in a changing, fast-paced operation.
- Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
