Position: Full-Time LPN

Location: Vascular Surgery Office

Schedule: Monday to Friday


Our Vascular Surgery outpatient practice is in search of a motivated LPN who possesses exceptional attention to detail to become a vital member of our healthcare team.


The LPN will deliver nursing assistance to all practitioners within the practice. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to provide essential patient information that influences the planning, directing, delivering, and assessing of patient care. The LPN will function as a direct care nurse.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately obtain and document patients' vital signs.
  • Record components of patients' medical history.
  • Engage in clear and appropriate communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist in in-office procedures under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
  • Perform venipuncture for laboratory blood tests.
  • Handle prescription call-backs within the scope of practice.
  • Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information.
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure examination rooms are well-stocked.
  • Comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. - required.
  • Prior experience in a patient care environment - preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from physicians, patients, and their families.
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure required upon hire.
