We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to manage our billing process at 2Bros Services. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Review and prepare invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely payment from clients.
  • Billing Dispute Resolution: Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment, resolving issues through effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Billing Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field, with expertise in QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles and practices, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
