Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lift Mechanic to join our team at Aspen Skiing Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ski lifts and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ski lifts and related equipment
  • Conduct daily preventative maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues
  • Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records and updating procedures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop a working knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including CPTSB and ANSI codes
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • Valid, current, and unrestricted driver's license
  • Ability to understand directions and communicate effectively in English
  • Previous mechanical experience preferred
Work Environment

This is a regular full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces.
