**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze and interpret financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
* Develop and implement strategies for credit relationships, including restructuring and exit plans
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Credit Quality Assurance and outside counsel
* Represent the bank in civic and community activities
* Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years' experience in complex commercial credits or 2 years' experience with a turnaround consulting firm
* Bankruptcy Code knowledge and Bankruptcy Court experience
* Strong credit and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
