Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in PostgreSQL, JAVA, and Agile methodologies as a Product Owner.
  • At least 8 years of experience in delivering enterprise-level software solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a belief in team success.
  • Experience in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, including gathering and defining functional requirements, breaking down complex needs into manageable user stories, establishing detailed acceptance criteria, and collaborating with clients to create a release plan.
  • Management of the backlog, incorporating user feedback, and documenting system capabilities and business processes for support handover.
  • Experience in systems integration and migration projects.
  • Understanding of software development technicalities, including programming languages and testing methodologies (System, Unit, Integration, Interface).
  • Knowledge of business process modeling.
  • Proven success in applying Agile/Scrum practices across multiple projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, written and verbal communication, client-facing abilities, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus.
