We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Graduate to join our dynamic team in the Cardiac Telemetry unit at Mercy Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with STEMI, post Cardiac Catheterization care, CHF, Arrythmia, and Blood pressure Management. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, with Patient Care Associates on staff to assist as needed. We strive to create an environment where clear communication, accountability, mutual respect, and teamwork are utilized to provide exceptional patient care.
**Requirements:**
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
Licensure: Must pass NCLEX within 90 days of Graduation Date, and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed
Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
Other unit-specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe
