Job Summary:
At Mercy Hospital Washington, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse in this 26-bed unit, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent care to our community 24/7.
About the Role:
This part-time RN position offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, caring for a wide range of illnesses and injuries. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, you will have the support of a talented team, including patient care technicians, paramedics, and patient support associates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
