Nurse Residency Program

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at Mercy. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Nurse Residency Program, designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.
The ICU is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will work closely with a team of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to provide top-quality care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients and diagnoses, and will be supported by our comprehensive training program and mentorship.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program and possess a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure. You must also be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
