Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Colleton Medical Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the improvement of human life.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, and operating diagnostic equipment.
  • Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by practicing radiation safety protocols.
  • Process images, prepare rooms with necessary equipment and supplies, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by scheduling patients, overseeing patient transportation, and sustaining a healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • RT Certification from ARRT.
  • South Carolina State License: SCRQSA in Radiology.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Radiology Technologist (preferred).
