Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Colleton Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, performing and communicating results of diagnostic CT examinations, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic information is provided through the production of high-quality CT scans.

Responsibilities
  • Operate diagnostic equipment and verify images to ensure accurate results.
  • Prepare the room with necessary equipment and supplies for procedures.
  • Perform CT exams on various body parts in a timely manner.
  • Complete history forms and technologist exam sheets.
  • Start I.V.s and check labs as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiography program.
  • ARRT Registered Radiographer or ARRT CT certification.
  • South Carolina: SCRQSA in Radiology and/or Computerized Tomography certification.
  • Basic Life Support - American Red Cross or American Heart Association certification.
  • Experience preferred in CT and Diagnostic Imaging, including clinical hours from a school of Radiologic Technology.
