As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting onsite consultations, and developing proposals to meet their HVAC and Plumbing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their HVAC and Plumbing requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Conduct thorough onsite consultations to assess customers' equipment and needs.
- Develop and deliver detailed, written proposals to customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate projects with the Sales and Installation Manager to ensure accurate parts lists and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including collecting signed proposals, deposits, and required documentation for permits and rebates.
- Oversee installations to ensure a smooth and successful experience for customers.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior technical and/or project estimating experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or the construction trades.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and reasoning skills.
- Tech Savvy: General computer proficiency and ability to use MS Office, Google Suite, or other assigned software (training provided).
- Drivers License: A valid driver's license and a safe driving history that meets Sandri Energy LLC's employment standards.
- Bonus Experience: Prior experience in equipment sales, project estimating, or managing installations is helpful but not required.
- Background Check: A pre-employment background check and driving history will be required, as this role is safety-sensitive.
