Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Operations Technician, you will:
- Engage in harvest processes including preparation, drying, shelling, and product unloading.
- Execute various tasks related to plant, field, and warehouse operations that change with the seasons.
- Monitor automated machinery for harvesting, conditioning, treating, and packing processes.
- Participate in product sorting and return activities.
- Involve in conditioning tasks such as sizing, packaging, and palletizing.
- Conduct field activities including scouting and logistics management.
- Utilize technology and computerized systems to perform tasks effectively.
- Carry out warehouse functions such as forklift operation and sample collection.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma/GED or a commitment to obtain your GED within a year of employment.

Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Physical capability to climb, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Proficiency with technology and a good understanding of Microsoft Applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A valid US Driver's License.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- A commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional qualifications that would make you stand out include:
- An Associate's Degree in Agriculture, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in operations or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with LEAN Manufacturing principles and agricultural equipment.
