Working under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, the LPN ensures the well-being and comfort of residents by administering medications, monitoring their condition, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
The LPN collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, utilizing strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
Requirements- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid and active license in good standing as an LPN in the state of Arkansas is necessary.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program is required.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures is essential.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach is necessary for success in this role.
