We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lawrence Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for supervising nursing care, administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing care and ensure the well-being and comfort of residents
- Administer medications and monitor residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and physicians to ensure the highest level of patient care
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
