Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of five years' experience in property management
- At least two years in a leadership capacity
- CAM or RAM certification is advantageous
- Demonstrated success in budget management and financial forecasting
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining composure under pressure
- Valid driver's license required
