Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience in property management
  • At least two years in a leadership capacity
  • CAM or RAM certification is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in budget management and financial forecasting
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining composure under pressure
  • Valid driver's license required
