Job Title: Early Childhood Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team in Lone Tree, Colorado.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting. As a Developmental Therapist, you will work closely with our expert clinicians to develop and implement individualized intervention plans, ensuring consistent and high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic techniques to support the growth and development of young children with autism.
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
