Through our specialized approach, we empower children with autism, guiding them towards reaching their full potential. Our methods are grounded in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach within the framework of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, you'll play a crucial role in advancing our mission-driven care model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications:
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

- Competitive compensation ranging from $20.50 to $26.00 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
