Job Summary:

Compri Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and processing financial transactions with a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to financial and technical issues.
  • Utilize case tracking systems to track and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Process financial transactions in accordance with instructions from internal and external customers.
  • Process audit confirmations and calculate leasing contract buyouts.
  • Complete specialized customer-specific reporting.
  • Resolve problems in accordance with established expectations.
  • Serve as Mission Critical Personnel for business continuity and reduced staffing scenarios.
  • Support multiple products and services provided by CoBank.
  • Provide support for non-processing projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma minimum; Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or relevant discipline preferred.
  • Three to five or more years of experience in banking or financial services, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with and engage internal and external customers and others at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
