Key Responsibilities of a C-Level Technician:
- Diagnose mechanical issues using visual inspections and advanced diagnostic tools.
- Conduct tests on various components to ensure optimal mechanical performance, ensuring thorough examination of all critical parts.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and system tune-ups.
- Repair or replace defective components such as brake pads, belts, and transmissions.
- Execute additional tests, including test drives, to confirm the accuracy of repairs.
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications for oil changes and fluid top-offs.
- Inspect for leaks and potential issues in the engine block and undercarriage.
- Check and adjust tire pressure as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Install new components, including filters and batteries, as needed.
- Lubricate moving parts to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with lead mechanics to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues.
- Create comprehensive service reports based on inspections for customer review.
- Verify that all maintenance and repairs are completed before returning vehicles to customers.
- Engage in ongoing education as directed by the organization.
- Comply with all OSHA safety regulations and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of two years' experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
- ASE certification is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficient in computer and smartphone applications.
