Automotive Senior Technician

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Senior Technician to join our team. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while also providing leadership and mentoring to junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
