**Position Overview**

Jerrod Sparling - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Insurance Account Representative. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.

  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
  • Able to learn and utilize computer functions
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license
