Job Title: Account Representative

Job Summary:

The Account Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and developing leads to drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
