Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our team at Integrity Technical Services, Inc. dba Integrityjobs. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects, including aerial mapping control, ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate projects, including aerial mapping control, ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, As-Built surveys, Boundary Surveys, Computer Mapping, consolidation/subdivision plats, construction layout, easement, and legal document preparation, erosion control plans, geographic information systems, development surveys, land acquisition, property line surveys, residential site plans, right-of-way plan development, subdivision designs, topographic surveys, and utility inventory mapping.
  • Utilize survey technology and equipment, as well as company software such as MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Visit all job sites as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Surveying with a Professional Surveyor License is preferred OR appropriate progress toward achieving a professional license with a minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying.
  • Proficiency with survey technology and equipment, as well as company software.
