Land Survey Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to oversee all survey activities for our clients in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and schedule survey project field work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop survey legal descriptions and plats/exhibits for boundary surveys, subdivision, or easements.
- Prepare computations for construction layout and subdivisions, including roadway right-of-way and property lines.
- QA/QC field data, import, analyze, and adjust survey field data to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Develop budgets and proposals for clients, providing clear and concise estimates of project costs and timelines.
- Provide project budgets and schedules to the team, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Bachelor of Science or Associates of Science in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree desired.
- Registered Surveyor (PS) is required.
- 5 to 10 years of surveying experience, with expertise in RTK GPS, Robotics total station, laser scanner, Trimble Access Data Collectors, and Trimble Business Center.
- Experience working on ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, with excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (3-D), Carlson Survey, and MS Office.
