We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to join our team at Integrity Technical Services, Inc. dba Integrityjobs. As a key member of our engineering consulting firm, you will be responsible for overseeing survey project field work, developing survey legal descriptions, and preparing project budgets and schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and schedule survey project field work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop survey legal descriptions, plats, and exhibits for boundary surveys, subdivisions, and easements.
- Prepare computations for construction layout and subdivisions, including roadway right-of-way and property line calculations.
- QA/QC field data, import, analyze, and adjust survey field data to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Develop budgets and proposals for clients, providing clear and concise financial information.
- Provide project budgets and schedules to the team, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Bachelor of Science or Associates of Science in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree desired.
- Registered Surveyor (PS) is required.
- 5-10 years of surveying experience, with expertise in ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
- Experience with RTK GPS, Robotics total station, laser scanner, Trimble Access Data Collectors, and Trimble Business Center.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (3-D), Carlson Survey, and MS Office.
