About the Role
Addison Group is seeking an experienced Benefits Program Manager to join our HR team in NW Washington, DC. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role that offers a competitive salary of $80-85k per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Benefits Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee benefit programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective compensation strategies. Your expertise in benefits administration and compensation analysis will enable us to maintain competitive pay structures and improve employee satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with benefits brokers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Communicate benefits information to staff clearly and concisely.
  • Process monthly bills and manage claims payments accurately.
