Job Title: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, RDN) to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our patients and residents.

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation.
  • Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.
Responsibilities:

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting nutritional assessments and developing personalized nutrition plans for patients and residents.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Providing education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating habits and nutrition.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in dietetics or a related field.
  • Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure or certification in good standing.
