Front Desk Agent Opportunity

Cincinnati Marriott North is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Respond to internal and external calls, using proper etiquette and communication skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services, providing guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and memorable experience for guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
