The **Customer Support Representative** (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for our members, embodying the welcoming spirit of our organization. The CSR addresses initial inquiries and concerns from guests, fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all members.

**Key Responsibilities**

Core Duties
  • Welcome all members and guests with a friendly demeanor and bid them farewell as they leave the facility.
  • Ensure proper check-in procedures for all members and guests in line with company standards.
  • Manage communication through club software during member check-ins.
  • Answer incoming calls in a polite, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Inform members and guests about upcoming special events.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that makes members feel valued.
  • Address all member requests or escalate to management as necessary.
  • Consistently uphold a professional demeanor.
  • Promote and sell retail merchandise.
  • Coordinate member services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
  • Process payments for member services in accordance with company protocols.
  • Familiarize oneself with club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by club management.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
Qualifications
  • Possess or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
  • Experience in working with children is preferred.
  • Certifications as required by local and state regulations.
Physical Demands
  • Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, bending, and squatting.
  • Ability to climb and hang decorations as needed.
Employment Requirements
  • All candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) to ensure they possess the essential educational background for effective job performance.
