Retail Store Operations Manager

Job Description:
- The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively.
The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, based on national averages for retail management positions in the United States.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
