We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Consulate Health Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and wardrobe management.
  • Aid in daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
  • Remind residents of medication schedules.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
  • Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
  • Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean up.
  • Provide companionship and conversation.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course.
  • Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties.
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
