As a Customer Success Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients who are genuinely interested in our services, and earn a commission-based income with uncapped potential.

Our business model uses a lead system that enables us to call on those who have requested information, eliminating the need for cold calls.

You'll also have the ability to become an Agency Owner, building your own agency without the prohibitive fees of a typical franchise.

Our team is committed to providing personalized mentorship, daily meetings, and training to ensure your success.

With our award-winning culture and partnership with 60+ A+ rated insurance companies, you'll have the resources and support you need to thrive.

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll have the potential to earn $50,000+ in the first year as a part-time agent, and $100,000+ in the first year as a full-time agent.

Agency Owners can generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year, with consistent promotions and a strong work ethic.

Requirements include a life insurance license, which we'll help you obtain if you don't already have one.

We're looking for disciplined, self-motivated, and driven individuals who are committed to self-improvement and have a high level of consistency.
