Essential Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in TSCM operations
  • Certification from the Interagency Training Center in TSCM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid passport required

Primary Duties:
  • Execute TSCM inspections utilizing advanced technological tools
  • Draft comprehensive reports detailing findings for executive review
  • Assist in managing equipment logistics and operational readiness
  • Propose enhancements for detection technologies
  • Aid in investigations pertinent to national security
  • Travel requirements: 40-50% (domestic and international, including high-risk areas)

Necessary Skills:
  • Expertise in TSCM techniques and inspection methodologies
  • Familiarity with national security regulations and TSCM protocols
  • Knowledge of classified material handling regulations
  • Proficient in radio frequency (RF) countermeasure systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience with standards and directives from the intelligence community

Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to operate in diverse environments, including challenging conditions
  • Willingness to relocate to Rosslyn, VA
