Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead plays a critical role in reducing days of sales outstanding and receivables on a company-wide basis. Key duties include:

  • Managing a limited number of national and large-volume website accounts
  • Assisting with the submission of accounts to an outside collection agency
  • Mentoring and training new collection analysts
  • Providing support to other collectors on 90+ past due accounts
  • Attending meetings and conference calls regarding account issues
  • Creating and maintaining Accounts Receivable documentation
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
  • Reviewing new account activity for billing accuracy
  • Collaborating with Service Center Managers and Account Managers
  • Continuously improving processes
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and Outlook
  • Fluency in English
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Be at least 18 years of age
