Position Overview

Minimum of 1 year experience as a General Manager at a Domino's Pizza location is essential for this position.

Relocation to California is required.

In this role, you will coach store Team Members, Franchisees, and Marketplace Team Leaders to enhance store performance.
  • Deliver hands-on training during evaluations.
  • Provide constructive, positive, and actionable feedback.
  • Identify operational deficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as a resource for information within the marketplace.
  • Assess and disseminate best practices.
Conduct Operations Evaluations across all domestic Corporate and Franchise locations.
  • Understand, interpret, uphold, and enforce standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Evaluate all systems in stores to ensure compliance with DPLLC Standards and procedures.
  • Assess all stores in the designated area multiple times throughout the year.
Facilitate educational initiatives focused on operations evaluation and enhancement.
  • Instruct classes for Franchisees and General Managers.
  • Collaborate with Area Leaders, Franchisees, and Marketplace Trainers to develop targeted training that improves operations in the assigned area.
  • Proactively educate the marketplace on current and updated standards.
  • Conduct calibration visits with marketplace leaders.
Special Projects
  • Provide insights and recommendations to WRC leadership.
  • Engage in special programs such as Domino's Pizza Prep School.
  • Support key WRC leadership and marketplace initiatives, including awards programs and reference checking.
  • Gather and supply specialized data upon request.
  • Assist in the testing and rollout of new products.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain a consistent and direct communication link with WRC, Marketplace leaders, and Franchisees, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Utilize store data and technology to effectively plan store visits.
  • Schedule all travel in a cost-effective manner.
  • Leverage available reports and data to ensure timely completion of store visits.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a General Manager at a Domino's Pizza store; 2 years preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience as a multi-unit supervisor, Operations Trainer, or AL-Fran Ops preferred.
  • Proven track record as a role model operator with exceptional evaluation scores.
  • Ability to work independently and focus on results.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Domino's Pizza standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficient in computer and technology skills (Microsoft Office, Pocket PC).
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and manage challenging situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Effective coaching and motivational skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel 75-85%, including overnight stays.
  • Availability to work 3-4 weekends per month.
