About the Opportunity:

Tandym Health is seeking a skilled Pediatrician Physician to provide high-quality care to patients in a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care and be licensed to practice medicine in California.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialty care services to patients, ensuring quality and timely care aligned with the clinic's mission and values.
  • Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret test results, make diagnoses, and determine treatment plans.
  • Consult with physician specialists and para-professional personnel regarding patient care and medical diagnostic work.
  • Assist patients and families in accessing care at the clinic and elsewhere, resolving concerns as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor student and resident physicians and support staff in patient care.
  • Participate in peer review, set clinical standards, and monitor quality of medical services.
  • Collaborate with staff providers to discuss clinical concerns and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a primary care setting.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the State of California.
  • Board Eligible/Certified in Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine.
  • BLS certification.
  • DEA certification.
  • Familiar with E-Clinical Works.
