Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Clinical Resource Team (CRT) at Lakewood Retirement Community-LifeSpire.

About the Role:

As a CNA on our CRT team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, working in all levels of care and on various shifts. You will be an integral part of a team that values compassion, creativity, and talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic care and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • Possess a current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community is preferred
  • Understanding of geriatric care, knowledge of the aging process, strong communication, and general compassion for others
  • Excellent customer service skills
