About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CPS Conservatorship Specialist to join our team at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. As a Conservatorship Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive cases from investigators and determine each child's needs, ensuring appropriate referrals for testing, evaluations, and assessments.
  • Work with children, families, and communities to plan for a child's permanency, identifying potential resources and searching for kinship providers.
  • Collaborate with parents, family members, and other important individuals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Requirements
