Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Banking Officer IV or V to lead our banking centers and drive customer growth. As a Regional Banking Leader, you'll manage customer relationships directly, achieve loan and deposit production goals, and participate in leadership positions within our trade area. You'll be a valued advisor, involved in many of our customers' most meaningful endeavors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong presence as a leader in the bank branch, coaching staff team members and expanding the bank's customer base through networking and sales calling.
  • Act as a Relationship Manager for assigned customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering unparalleled customer service.
  • Service the credit needs of customers and prospects, obtaining financial and other information, performing or coordinating credit analysis, making loan presentations, and recommending approval to ANB's Loan Committee where required.
  • Manage a loan portfolio, including credit quality, compliance with bank policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in community activities, including civic organizations and non-profit volunteer service.
  • Maintain consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, banking regulations, and bank policies and procedures related to the position.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ years of loan origination, underwriting, or portfolio management experience for Banking Officer IV, or 8+ years for Banking Officer V.
  • Proven expertise in customer development and business sourcing.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
