We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Hospitalist Physician to join our team at a leading healthcare facility. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will provide high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to patients in a hospital setting, including routine check-ups, treatments, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in pediatric care.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Requirements
- Active Maryland licensure.
- Board Eligible status.
- Required certifications: NRP/PALS, ATLS, BLS.
- Must have the following clinical skills: Attend Deliveries, Neonatal Resuscitation and Intubation, Arterial Puncture, Lumbar Puncture, Umbilical Vein Catheterization, and Pediatric Resuscitation.
- Must be willing to work nights.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a highly competitive opportunity with a rate of $175 per hour. If this position is not a good fit, we also have locum pediatric hospitalist opportunities available in other locations.
