About the Role

Adfinitas Health is seeking a skilled Nocturnist Physician to join our team at University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health locations in Bel Air and Aberdeen. As a Nocturnist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

  • Full-service hospitalist practice with a focus on admissions, unit-based rounding, discharges, and daily multidisciplinary rounds.
  • Part of the University of Maryland Medical System, with access to excellent specialty support.
  • Average 15 patients per day, with a closed ICU and no expectation to perform procedures or run codes.
  • Staffing Model: 23 providers, with 12 physicians and 11 APPs.
  • EMR: EPIC.
  • Beds: 257.
  • Trauma Level: Level II.
  • Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
